Michelle

Michelle is a versatile street dancer and choreographer with over a decade of experience in the dance scene as a performer, choreographer, and instructor. Her primary expertise lies in Hip Hop and Street Jazz, with additional strengths in Open Choreography, Waacking, and K-Pop.

Michelle’s dance journey began with Latin dance, which provided a strong technical foundation before she discovered her passion for street styles at age 12. Between the ages of 13 and 16, she competed and won in numerous inter-school and youth street dance competitions in Shanghai, and was a core member of several established street dance teams.

During her university years, Michelle committed to pursuing dance professionally and further refined her craft through overseas training, including completing a Professional Program at 1Million Dance Studio in Seoul. During this time, she was also actively choreographing and performing as a member of SMU Emix.

With a teaching background that began in her high school years, Michelle has extensive experience creating choreography for dance crews and leading private classes for both adults and children.
